Our Mission

Sausages can be wonderful, a good sausage made with good quality meat and the right balance of flavours is a beautiful thing and far removed from many a supermarket banger. We make all kinds of traditional and modern sausages and report our results here. Mince doesn't stop with sausage though! There's kebabs, scotch eggs, pies, lasagnes and more!
